Diabetes calls Latinos, tells them to take it easy

Los Angeles, CA -- According to millions of Latinos across the US, diabetes purportedly called them on November 2nd, after 2 full days of gluttonous sugar consumption from Halloween candy. The disease allegedly told the Latino population to "chill out", after it was abruptly forced to manifest itself across a significant number of Latino children and adults. "…neta, you guys need to calm down; you're going to give me a heart attack," said diabetes.
This marks the first time in history that an individual ICD-10 classified metabolic disease has directly contacted humans prior to its onset, but given that Latinos -- including those who already have diabetes -- ignore every single plea to change their detrimental lifestyle, this warning by the disease itself will most likely fall on deaf ears.
